Founded in May 2012 by Pastor Freddie O. Crowder, TPSC is dedicated to bringing healing, restoration, and spiritual renewal to all who seek a deeper connection with Christ.
Pastor Freddie O. Crowder, a native of Kenbridge, Virginia, has been a resident of Stafford County since 2003. He is a 1987 graduate of Central Senior High School in Victoria, Virginia, and has pursued extensive academic and professional development to enhance his calling as a leader and teacher. He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Pastoral Leadership from Valor Christian College, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University, and a Master’s Degree in Human Service Counseling/Executive Leadership from Liberty University.
In addition to his theological training, Pastor Crowder is an accomplished law enforcement professional. He is a graduate of the Senior Management Institute for Police (SMIP), the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia, the Institute for Leadership in Changing Times at Virginia Tech, and the Professional Executive Leadership School at the University of Richmond. These experiences have equipped him with the leadership skills necessary to make a meaningful impact in both spiritual and professional realms.
Pastor Crowder is the immediate Past President of the Northern Virginia Chapter of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) and is an active Board Member for Help for the Nations Church International, an organization focused on combating human trafficking worldwide. His unwavering commitment to justice and advocacy aligns with his mission to serve both his community and the Kingdom of God.
At TPSC, Pastor Crowder’s Kingdom-focused preaching and teaching have redefined how people experience Christianity. Guided by Isaiah 1:19, “If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land,” he believes that God’s Word is the ultimate authority and that the Holy Spirit brings healing and restoration to all who trust in Him. Under Pastor Crowder’s leadership, TPSC has become a haven for spiritual growth, reconciliation, and empowerment, touching countless lives and helping individuals fulfill their God-given purpose.
