The Place of a Second Chance Outreach Ministry is a non-denominational, multicultural 501c 3 non-profit
organization, designed to empower God’s people through the teaching of God’s word. Our goal is to provide an
atmosphere where everyone can grow regardless of their past.
Through our ‘Ichoose’ youth initiative, your sons and daughters will learn how to make Godly choices, build
meaningful relationships, and become equipped to mentor others.
The Place of a Second Chance Life Enrichment Center is an extension of The Place of a Second Chance
Outreach Ministry. TPSCLEC’s “Mission” focuses on individuals who have allowed their circumstances to
control their state of being. TPSCLEC will create opportunities for growth based on an individuals needs. We
offer various venues designed to assist them in discovering their purpose in God’s Kingdom.
Our Vision
TPSC will provide an atmosphere that is conducive to learning, where God’s word is taught with passion and
simplicity. Individuals will be able to apply and gain a greater understanding of God’s word for every situation in
their lives, resulting in a fulfilled and meaningful life.
What We Believe
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, inerrant Word of God, the product of holy men of old who
spoke and wrote as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. The New Covenant, as recorded in the New
Testament, we accept as our infallible guide in matters pertaining to conduct, faith and obedience. A local
church is a body of believing, baptized, Spirit-filled, gift-endowed disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ
associated by covenant in the faith and fellowship of the gospel.
We believe there is but one living and true God, an intelligent, spiritual and personal Being, the Creator,
Preserver and Ruler of the universe, infinite in holiness and all other perfections, to whom we owe the
highest love, reverence and obedience. The Godhead is revealed to us as Father, Son and Holy Spirit,
each with distinct personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence or being.
We believe that all men must be born again and that being born again signifies the partaking in the death,
burial and resurrection of Christ. (John 3:3-5).
We believe that “by grace are ye saved and that not of ourselves; not of works lest any man should
boast.”
We believe that the emphasis for a continual walk in grace should be of heart, righteousness and purity.
We hold that all believers must live a pure life, being an example to both believer and the unbelieving.
We also believe that salvation is the great inclusive work of the gospel. It is the redemptive acts of Christ.
